I am a true believer in the benefits of Massage Therapy to bring balance and to reconnect with your body, mind, and spirit. I’ve been providing Massage Therapy Services since 2008. During that time, my therapy has helped people relieve stress, pain from injuries and car accidents, and overall body discomfort, as well as maintain good bodily and mental health.
With more than 3000 hours of training in both Western and Eastern massage modalities, I specialize in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, Reiki, and Vibration Sound Therapy. I graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in NYC where I obtained my Associate Degree in Massage Therapy, and worked in several world-class Spas in Midtown Manhattan, Soho, and Upper East Side.
In 2017, I obtained my massage therapy license in Florida and moved to Fernandina Beach, FL, attracted to this area by the relaxing lifestyle and beauty of the island. I believe it is important to treat the person through a holistic approach and I ensure to make each session client-centered, adapting my techniques according to my clients’ needs.
